First Look: AUTOart Jaguar, McLaren & Corvette

AUTOart gives us a first look at three lovely examples due this winter.  The feature is 1:18 Jaguar E-Type Roadster Series I 3.8 in Green.  What a beauty!  Model is also completed in rare diecast metal.  The remaining two see the 1:18 McLaren P1 GTR in Gloss White with Red Stripes and the 1:18 Chevrolet Corvette CR7.R Plain Colour Version White/Red.  Enjoy!

A few years ago Avtoart already did Jaguar E-Type Roadster 3 series of diecast metal.. Apparently, it will be upgraded.

    Sorry, AutoArt.

The interior should be tan on this green Jag, and other (new) exterior colors should be offered. Lt. gold and lt. blue would be welcome additions.

Glad to see AUTOart have re-released the E-Type Roadster (predictable colour aside) . Shame the P1 GTR has only opening doors

As Marcus said, it’s great to see the re-release of the E-Type. I’m hopeful that down the track we might see some more diecast grails re-released like the original Lexus LFA, McLaren F1 road car, and a lot of the earlier Mercedes and BMW releases. Would make a nice change from the endless plastic supercars.

These Jags are my favourites. I got the Autoart’s previous edition in silver/black and a coupe in red/tan. Both are great, probably one of the best models produced by Autoart, in my opinión, although the wire wheels are very good but not precisely as accurate as the real car, and tan interior is all made in that color, including dash board instrument panel which were always black in the real ones, no matter the color of the seats and door panels. Hope Autoart fix that error in the comming new edition.
