First Look: AUTOart Porsche 911 (991) GT3 RS – Lava Orange

AUTOart unveils first images of their upcoming Porsche 911 (991) GT3 RS in Lava Orange exterior.  It is refreshing to see there is access to both storage and motor compartments.  Though the images are of early pre-production sample corrections to the wheels size and colour is a must.  Possible lowering the aggressive ride height by a few mills too would be nice.  We’re looking forward to seeing the final results!  I think its time to sell my resin placeholder from Sparks!

This is the model I’ve been waiting for. But given how expensive diecast models are becoming now, I probably can’t afford it. So I’m looking at your pictures the same way a lot of car enthusiasts go to the Porsche website and configure a car that they could never buy.

    Looking good!
(Did I just say that about a composite model….)

That is a absolutely sexy model there…

  7. Luis Cantú says:

    Are other colours expected?

  8. Eric says:

That backside rims have absolutely wrong shape (spokes/offset) and the wheels are too small overall. Shame AA, you had such a long time to do an appropriate development.

  9. Mark says:

Either the wheels needs to be bigger or the wheel well (especially rear) needs to be smaller. The gap on the either sides of the wheel well is minimal on the real one.

  10. Bryan says:

Looking forward to this. I own this exact car. Can’t wait to add to the collection.
