You've gone Asian crazy! I thought you left this great hobby? As mentioned, wheels size one down. What's up with the rear? Seems off

I deleted the bumper and fitted a diffuser instead[KRAFTIG] wrote:You've gone Asian crazy! I thought you left this great hobby? As mentioned, wheels size one down. What's up with the rear? Seems off

It's a little over the top for me. Doesn't look right. Maybe its the angle...

I used a highly modified NSX from DSport magazine as inspiration. If I find the pic, I'll post it.[KRAFTIG] wrote:It's a little over the top for me. Doesn't look right. Maybe its the angle...

Here we go. It just looks so nasty and gnarly, I love it.

You need the massive upper wing for balance! Broa!

It's been a while since I took pics, and for the first time ever they're outdoor. Just to sum up the changes, I scratch built a front lip, side skirts and a rear diffuser. The first two were wrapped in carbon and cleared. Then I got an NSX-R wing from TK, painted black, with carbon on the main part. I also got two exhausts from him, drilled out the license plate area and channeled them through there. The wheels are polished metal Uli Nowak BBS LM, painted silver, with gold rivets as lug nuts. There is a bit of engine detail, nothing crazy. The interior received photo etch pedals, new seats and harnesses from TK, and a reworked gear knob. Enjoy!
BONUS ROUND! My fiance took some pics with her iPhone and edited them with random filters. Give her a round of applause lol

Nice job Wes. I still say the rollers should be 19".

Thanks! You mean 18"? It's 18" in the front and 19" at the back[KRAFTIG] wrote:Nice job Wes. I still say the rollers should be 19".

Drop the rear to 18"

Naw it would look weird. Google wheel setups for the NSX and staggered seems to be the popular choice. It looks odd otherwise. I could have gone 17 front, 18 rear but would need a higher profile tire. Finding that in two different sizes is tough.[KRAFTIG] wrote:Drop the rear to 18"
