Is Hot Wheels making a 2014 Ferrari F-14T model?

the key word is "elite" and to add to that "no driver 1:18 scale. I have sen pics of a "Foundation" driver model but I'm curious if they are making a 1:18 non driver "elite" model. I have heard they are but have not seen anything. They made both a 1:18 driver "Foundation" F138 2013 model and an "Elite" non driver model.....im just curious, if you know then lemme know????
