I wish AUTOart would make its old 600 Pullman again (in diecast!!!). That was the pinnacle of their limousines..
I agree. Even in these photos it’s obvious that the SunStar ’66 versions are very crude.
Initially excited about the S-class, because there has been very little attention paid to this era S-class by diecast producers, but that mould leaves a lot to be desired. Front end looks funky and rear looks more like a c-class.
Woowh, that they even dare to present that S in scale 1:18 and looking that out of shape!
It’s a pitty they use the old molds for the 600, what would it be nice if AA had done this back in the day….
The AA 600 is a masterpiece. I got mine out recently to take a few photos. I have the SWB, I regret not buying the Pullman. I have just seen the 600 hearse by Shucco in diecast, which I am considering.
