I have been taking apart 1/18 scale diecast for close to 20 years, and the screws used by the various manufacturers are not uniform, even in the same model.

Do you have at least one of them, and a micrometer?

Looks like you have some grainy texture, especially on the front fenders. Light coats clearly will address that. A couple of suggestions, though.
