Re: Anyone collect both 1:43 and 1:18?
I collect both 1:43's and 1:18's. I am fixed on getting race cars, f1 cars and rally cars in 1:43 since I do not have so much space to have all the world championship cars since the 1900's. But if a model is really well detailed or I am getting a really good deal I go ahead with the 1:18. I bought a...

Review || Kyosho 1:18 Mini Cooper S MK 1
I have tried to do something new with my videos. I tried to add a little bit of history of the model along with a descriptive review on my blog. https://youtu.be/qD5xAHVrVUg https://youtu.be/qD5xAHVrVUg My voice is a bit low and off in some parts of the video. I'm sure ill be trying to improve it in...

Re: Resale value of high end models
I am sorry to see people judging on a single question of what these models are worth. I haven't talked about selling any of my models and just asked if the resale value of these is going to be similar to what I have put in. Maybe in the future, I would like to trade or renew my collection and may wa...

Re: Resale value of high end models
I have no intention to make profits on these models. But because I am spending such huge sums of money, I want it to be fair for me as a collector. Even when my country charges 43.6% of the total value, shipping value and some additional charges that we have no clue about, I did get almost 5 or 6 mo...

Re: Resale value of high end models
Can I actually contact the manufacturer and ask him to give a bill value of lesser amount? I know I could request the local seller or dealer to do it. But would the official manufacturer do that? I actually have a dealer in my country who helps me get the Autoart's and GT-Spirits for almost the same...

Resale value of high end models
Hi everyone I have a few MR Collection models with me. I have 2 of them for now and another one coming soon. They are 1 of 25, 1 of 3 and 1 of 1 special editions. I live in India and getting them imported costs a fortune at the local customs office (almost 42% on billing and shipping cost). I almost...

Re: Ferrari 250 GTO, Kyosho or CMC
I have the new kyosho 250 GTO. I am disappointed with the brake discs and the caliper. I do not know how it is on the CMC though. The caliper and disc are attached in the kyosho , like in the lower end models of Maisto. Also, the side mirrors are missing in the kyosho model. Which kind of ruins the ...

Re: AutoArt Porsche 918 Spyder Packaging
Update with pictures. When my friend received it and opened it to check it seemed all okay. https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4736/38985817142_cdfbb6dd44_z.jpg Porsche autoart 918 spyder by t_sushant_94 , on Flickr He then made sure that the package was sealed again with tape and got it. Re: Review Audi R8 V10 Plus Premier Edition by Maisto 1/18 S
It is good to see that it opens. I later saw other reviews where they were able to open it. But I tried to open and felt that the plastic would break. Lately many of my models were damaged by me (bloody side mirrors). So I did not want to take any risk with them. Sadly I am not even touching my mode...

AutoArt Porsche 918 Spyder Packaging
Hello everyone. I am from India. Finding really good diecast models here is hard. So I always get them through my friends who travel from USA ( Custom duties in my country are skyrocketing). I recently asked one of my friends to get the new Porsche 918 Spyder in white colour with the Martini livery....

Re: Review Audi R8 V10 Plus Premier Edition by Maisto 1/18 S
Thank you for the suggestions. I do not have enough equipment to make proper videos. I just took the stills with a phone camera with the model on a white sheet of paper.
I guess I will start voice with still photos for my next video.

Review Audi R8 V10 Plus Premier Edition by Maisto 1/18 Scale
Hi everyone. This is my first time making a review of my scale model. I have a small video that I made for this specific model. I also would appreciate any suggestions, tips and tricks to improve my photos or the overall execution of a video review. Thank you in advance. https://youtu.be/WkssYH4HOYI...

BBR 458 Italian Flag Edition
Hello guys,
I just wanted to know this. I have a contact who is selling one of the BBR Ferrari 458 Italia with the Matte Italian flag color. It looks a bit awkward, but how good is the model and is it worth investing in it?
Thanks in advance for the replies.

Hello from India
Hello all. I am Sushant from Hyderabad, India. I have been collecting scale models from almost 15 years. My starting collection included more of the hotwheels models of 1:64. I used to have a few 1:18 when I was a kid. But broke them all :rotfl: . My first ever 1:18 was a yellow beetle back in 1999....
