Re: Drivinghermad collection Mostly 1/12 and Larger

Is the comparison shot with a 1/18 Huayra or a 1/12?

Re: Almost Real 2018 Footprint

This brand is coming for AUTOart's lunch money. Making a 1:18 Zonda F in opening diecast with good detail? Lord knows why AUTOart couldn't get it done.

Can't wait to see it.

Re: Why Isn’t 1:24 scale popular?

1:24 has neither the impressive presence of 1:18 and 1:12, nor the Fabergé egg wonder of 1:43.

Re: The Grand Tour: Season 2!

The season finale was absolutely cringeworthy. You want to poke fun at the White Savioir industry? Well and good. But to do it while behaving like asshats in Mozambique? So painful to watch. And all these Africans staring at the trio like the spectacle they were.

Re: The Grand Tour: Season 2!

I'm enjoying this series. The chemistry between those three clowns is unmatched, and they are clearly having a lot of fun doing what they do. I love the little things they train you to watch for in each show, like what new stupid thing will be going on in the silhouette splash screen for Conversatio...

Yes, it was. Nothing like holding a perfect tiny replica of a car you love.

Re: Mac47's 1:18 Supercars

This issue of paint rash is part of the constellation of causes that prompted me to unload my entire collection. The fact that my flawless AUTOart McLaren F1 suffered a broken engine cover strut hinge one day this August was the last straw: it underscored for me like nothing else could that I was de...

Yeah, cuz there isn't a 288 GTO in diecast that isn't utter shite.

Beautiful shot. I once owned all of these ('cept the Enzo was BBR), and it was a joy to see them on the shelf.

Re: MR Collection Announces Bugatti Chiron Zero-400-Zero

Too bad Koenigsegg already smashed the Chiron's record by a massive 6 seconds using an Agera RS (not even a One:1).

Re: Post Your Latest DIECAST Purchase

If every resin model had steerable front wheels, I would collect them. That's a huge part of the reason why I like diecast better.

Re: [2012 - 2017] Bburago | Signature

That panel seam ahead of the rear fins is an absolute disaster. It's just like the seam below the rear wing supports on the Hot Wheels Elite and Bburago F40 — which made those models look bad compared to the Kyosho.

I'm not gonna lie, I think it's gorgeous, though certainly overpriced at $15M.

This collection is now all sold. Mods, feel free to delete the whole thread if you like.

I may continue to buy models from time to time, but I'll be reselling them and not keeping them for more than a few years. Looking forward to seeing AUTOart's Koenigsegg One:1.
