May be silly, but I am not seeing the usual options I see on other forums on here. Just the image icon in the top bar, but no way for me to link my pictures from my computer?
Am I missing something?

Re: Custom Tires
It was on another forum a long time ago. He has since disappeared (along with my money and models he was building ...).
But he was really good. On par or better than the best of late. And that is saying something considering the talent I've seen on here.
Still I need some custom tires made.

Custom Tires
Some years ago, there was a fellow, I think his name was Brian, made his own parts for his and his customer's models. He even made tires and rims.
Wondering if there is anyone around that can do still make custom tires?

Re: Ricko 1/18 Vector W8 rebuild and improve WIP
I am sorry for your stress, but am sure you will be able to find success. You are quite resourceful, if your work on these diecasts is any indication. On a more selfish note, I am also sorry you are no longer able to do these amazing custom diecasts. I was planning on following what you did for this...

I hope Zondaracer is still at it. I was REALLY hoping to see what he would do with this model. Where did he go?

Re: The Model Car Workshop
That GTI is mine and meant to reflect my actual car. Looks great!
I am hoping that he will take on making a Shelby Eleanor from Gone in 60 Seconds for me.

UTL makes some.
There are some guys that make their own too, either by 3D printing or the old way.

I hope this is true. I don't care if it is plastic or not as long as they are fully opening!
I just don't think these will see store shelves before 2020...

It is not the greatest model, that is for sure. But your only choice.
I love your attention to detail and look forward to updates when you resume.

Re: North American Exclusive: GT Spirit 2017 Dodge Challenge
I am not frustrated that GT Spirit is making these models. I am frustrated that there is no willingness among the other companies like auto world (or even Maisto) to take on these cars like the Hellcat or GT350 .
Mailto does the Ford GT. Wouldn't a Hellcat sell in just as many quantities?

Re: North American Exclusive: GT Spirit 2017 Dodge Challenge
ENOUGH with the sealed resin models that cost as much as opening diecasts! I have been holding out for an opening S550 Shelby GT350R. I resisted getting the GT Spirit car because I thought someone would step up to the plate and give us a fully opening car. None came so I bought the GT Spirit model a...

What about using mirrors from a cheap Diablo diecast? Maisto, Welly or other?
