Re: Kyosho/GT Spirit Lamborghini Countach LP 5000 QV
I got the last available one from ck the other day, was nervous with no backup model to exchange, but it came in perfect. This is the most accurately shaped 1:18 countach made. I've owned every opening kyosho version and have all the aa models except the 5000s. Kyo/gts corrected the roofline, side u...

Heh the tomahawk is the same essential car with a flat chassis instead of the tub for racing.
Kyosho pretty much stomped everyone on the race circuit before the associated buggies showed up.

Re: How did your 2018 Scale Model Collection Grow?
Well, I've been on a kick of buying tamiya rereleased rc cars for about 18 months and have been out of diecast completely for a bit. The lousy weather for painting had me stuck with 10 or so projects waiting to finish until I can get weather to paint 1/10 scale bodies... Well a bout 4 weeks back I s...

Re: Hot Wheels Elite: Ferrari F355 Spider - Red
Finally got around to getting one of these, as they're languishing on shelves for some reason so I got it for a steal. IRL the spider is about 50/50 with the berlinetta with owners, more so then most other Ferraris. I think the model is quite good, and Hot Wheels Elite's pictures of it really bring ...

Re: Norev New Retailer Exclusives!
If it's not an end all must have , it's a great alternative to paying 5+ times the price for an old aa version. I love the 2.1 enough to track down a pair of the aa's, but for most it's kind of a unique one trick pony just to have in a collection, like a Porsche 961.

Re: Norev Porsche 962 C #17 Winner 1000km Spa L.B. Exclusive
Anyone notice they use three different molds for the new 962's? They have big and small wing and the imsa version with the rear airbox and mid wing. Norev could do about 200 liveries between the 3 versions. Impressive they went through the trouble!
