Re: Marlboro McLaren F1 Car at top off pages today.

Update - I believe that the TSM MP4/6 #2 (Gerhard Berger) is out...it doesn't look too promising though. The price is more than the TSm Tyrrell P34 but the quality is nowhere close.

Re: RUMOR MILL! No More Hot Wheels Elite?

Ah good, here's my chance to rant about Hot Wheels Elite... I bought the F2002 and F2003-GA in HW Elite form. I don't know how it's like with the road cars, but I was disappointed with the detail. Here was Hot Wheels' effort to provide more detailed cars with a heftier price tag. Instead I get cars ...

Re: [2012 - 2015] Minichamps (Paul's Model Art) News

I guess when it comes to resin it really doesn't matter what the price is, because the quantities are so limited per mould, that all of the product is virtually guaranteed to sell out. With diecast, there is an immense investment in terms of tooling and research so a lot more models need to sell to...

Re: Error cars, worth more or LESS?

I'm mainly an F1 collector, and it annoys me whenever there's a defect like that. Personally I think it's worth a lot less, but apparently if it's an error like that some collectors think it's rare (hence more valuable) that way. Example - there are a couple of Exoto Tyrrell 003s that have "Cevert" ...

Re: Bendable Ayrton Senna Figure for 1:18 model??

I've never heard of bendable - they're mostly resin figures I see on eBay.

The only ones I know sold on a commercial quantity is the TSM version of Senna holding up a trophy. Others ones are sold by private sellers in smaller quantities.

Re: Minichamps: Red Bull RB7 Sebastian Vettel - 2011 Japanes

I have this one too, and for the right price it's a very good model. The "Total" decals annoy me because they sit on an uneven surface and my one cut in half. I'd still rank this above any of the Hot Wheels Elite Schumachers though.

Re: Marlboro McLaren F1 Car at top off pages today.

Virg02 mate I'm on the same boat as you, I'm on the lookout for when TSM bring them out. I see a lot of Minichamps editions of the 4, 5B and 6 on eBay but I'm of the opinion that those older models from Minichamps become very brittle with their decals. I read somewhere else it was coming out June/Ju...
