Re: REVIEW: Biante 1:18 1980 Holden Commodore SLE

yes they were rather conservatively styled but quite handsomely done. They were a much more elegant looking car the equivalent era Ford Falcons (Fairmont Ghia)..

Thanks! please be my guest! :woot:

REVIEW: Biante 1:18 1980 Holden Commodore SLE

The other Biante I own is a 1980 Holden Commodore SLE but this particular model is actually a very worthy addition and its one of my favorites. Brief history on the Holden Commodore.. Released in 1978, the VB model was the replacement for the aging Torana and Kingswood / Premier model line up. The C...

Re: The Motorcycle Thread

I have a dozen or so Minichamps bikes left including the very same ZX-9R! such a lovely highly detailed model! Much higher detail than any of Minichamps cars that's for sure! What gives Minichamps!? I also have Stoners and Rossi's Ducati's! I even have the Marlboro water slide decal for Stoners bike...

Re: The ONE Favourite Model in your Collection

That's a tough one to answer as you could base your choice on how good a particular model is made or if its your favorite actual real car. I have a few cars in my collection that im extremely fond of including the AUTOart Jag D-type, Zonda R & F1 LM. Classic Carlectables 1982 VH, 83 VH and 84 VK Com...

Those Le Mans cars look amazing! I had the 1984 Bob Jane T-Marts Brock Perkins Porsche 956 but so stupidly sold it off and now they worth a small fortune.. :wall:

Re: Eric's Diecast Collection (Another Ferrari 488)

awesome garage display! love those beautiful Ferrari's! I'd love to get at least one Hot Wheels Elite Ferrari but not sure which one.. Some seem quite good while others seem to miss their intended mark. I did actually buy the LaFerrari but never took it out of the box as I felt it was a so so effort...

Looks great but a shame they are a sealed body.. Did anyone else make this model of Skyline with opening parts? I'd dearly love to have one in my collection.

Re: First Look: TOP Marques Jaguar XJ 200

I would have loved Autoart to make a Signature series of this car. I had both the 1/18 & 1/12 scale Maisto Jags on display side by side which did look cool but the models themselves were very underwhelming and did not survive my mass sell off. I would assume that the Top Marques model will be a soli...

Re: Most of my collection of die casts

I thought it was from Danbury Mint cars! I had a look at some and for 1:24 scale cars they sure are beautifully detailed! Puts many 1:18 cars to shame that's for sure! I'd love to get my hands on a Thunderbird but im keeping my collection at 1:18 this time round.. Your website looks great! Good to s...
