That's what they said to me. I had asked them shortly after they released the Huayra with the anticipation that they would be doing the C12S at some point but their response was that they weren't interested in the C12S. Who know if they will ever change their minds or obtain a license for the Zonda.

I had emailed Autoart quite some time ago and their response was that they had no interest in making it. I would assume that Autoart has a license to make Paganis since they do make the Zonda R and Huayra, but I have no idea if a separate license would be required for any other Pagani models.
