Re: REVIEW: AUTOart Lamborghini Sesto Elemento
this has been on my list, and I still want one, but for some reason hesitation is building as this (at least from pictures) doesnt seem to be on par with other 250$ autoarts... Am I wrong?

Yes, these steams (especially Lionels) have quite the list of electronic features, and account for a good chunk of the cost. Unfortunately to run these things, you need quite the layout to accommodate those large radius turns. Thats why mine are parked

Re: Post Your Latest DIECAST Purchase
So what is the difference between the WRC and the carbon with orange effects/wheels? Obviously production, yes, but the cars themselves look about 99% the same.
1% difference being the COA being worth 5x as much haha

Re: What is your diecast car collection actually worth?
^^Marshall, I have 8 O scale locomotives on the same wall. Although I usually dont like mixing different genre in a single display, my goal was to get everything I have in cases (90% cars, 10% locos) all together on the 26' blank wall. I was always into cars, and had a small train set growing up, bu...

Re: The cost of diecast
Great write up and I agree. I may be wrong here, im sure someone will correct me if they disagree, but I personally think MR has become the masters of making money off of limited tooling iterations. They produce limited runs, say 10,20,or 50 pieces world wide, which sets a price point of north of $5...

Re: TrueScale Miniatures New 1:18 Pre-Production Photos
$219?? I hope thats correct!! That sounds really low to me, the current TSM sealed 1/18 P1 (sealed +blacked out windows = most likely no engine or interior) is just over 200 from what I have seen.

Re: AUTOart Pagani Zonda R
Id say the Zonda R is autoarts best engine replication to date. Theres just somethin about the white coated exhaust that really sets it off.

Re: AUTOart Pagani Huayra – White and Scion FR-S (NA) – Blac
Im hoping they make the Champaigne metallic color. Kind of surprised that hasnt been one of the first released colors, as I think that is the official original color of the Huayra? At least the first I ever saw.
BBR's looks amazing, but I dont want sealed.

I think I can manage that! It is quite worthy of sharing some of its glory, and explaining why it is the most expensive model I have purchased to date! Amazing car.
