First off welcome to DS! That's a loaded question... For race or street? If street I would say AUTOart by far, biggest assortment I know in diecast from with opening parts too. Other options are Minichamps, thought they aren't the best with overall quality but they do make some very good classic mod...

Unless the kit supplies the intricate pieces I doubt the wheels will continue to turn. This is my guess as I have no experience with HD kits.

I wish I had time for video games but I don't The preview looks spectacular! The sound effects are what makes a game a real game, the racing/realism a close second. Classic F1 too. WOW!
