Nice pics Gavin. I am looking for the Team Modena version #59 . Its livery is pewter with dayglo fluorescent wheels.

Minichamps Jordan 191 1/43

Hello diecast enthusiasts. I've noticed that this particular model has been re-released. The German based manufacturer's quality has lowered substantially. They produced the black test car as well as the versions of Zanardi, Moreno, Gachot , De Cesaris and of course M. Schumacher. The front wing on ...

Pricing on Mattel Elite is Insane

I dont remember what was the selling price for the scale 1/18 Mattel Elite when they first came out. I missed buying a couple of Ferrari models like the Ferrari 512 S :wall: . Now when i search for them they have these ridiculous prices. For example the Ferrari 288 GTO is extremely expensive. I want...

Re: Manufacturer KK Scale Models

Thank You very Much Mr. Administrator. Yes I also like to see the Ferrari 288 GTO. I think they released a yellow one already. It is available at German diecast shops.

Manufacturer KK Scale Models

Do any of the board members know anything about this brand? Are they an affiliate of Kyosho? They presently have several Ferraris in 1/18 scale. Dont know if they have opening parts. The models look to be similar to Mattel Elite or slightly better. They are priced around 70 Euros. Any info would be ...

Minichamps Military Diecasts

I really enjoyed the tanks that Minichamps did several years ago. It is such a pity they stopped producing their military line of diecasts. Does anyone on this forum have some and do they miss the fact that Paul's Model Art discontinued this interesting line?

Re: “Buying model cars is a complete waste of money”

I have lots of diecast models from more than two decades of collecting. The only thing that annoys me is that some of the competition cars over time change in appearance like decals cracking or yellowing . Despite keeping them in controlled temperature and original boxes away from sunlight.

TSM 1/8 helmet series

Does anyone possess these 1/8 scale helmets by TSM. They look awesome. I wonder if they come with tobacco decals in a packet to be applied after?

Re: Norev : Porsche 962

One more thing. The Porsche 962 Imsa "Lowenbrau" model comes with the German beer decals . Does anyone know if these are waterslide or peel and stick? I would prefer if they were the later as its less of a hassle.

Norev : Porsche 962

Hello Fellow diecast enthusiasts. My topic today focuses on the 1/18 Norev Porsche 962. These have been out for a while now and come in several versions like the IMSA series and European World Sportscar Championship. I've seen photos of them and esthetically give them 7/10. The paint and stickers ap...

Minichamps 1/8 helmets

Has minichamps abandoned the line of 1/8 scale helmets? After the flurry of Sebastian Vettel helmets , it seems like they stopped making them. Perhaps its due to the popularity of the 1/2 scale helmets? Thankfully TSM has made a few classic ones Hunt, Andretti, Lauda , Peterson etc.
