Re: GT Spirit Ford Shelby Mustang Super Snake

I received this model with lots of glue everywhere including a break caliper and wheel, broken decals and the spoiler came loose. GT Spirit customer service replied they could send me a new wheel and spoiler so that I could fix that myself. I returned the model and didn't dare to buy another one. Di...

Re: UT BMW E36 M3 Coupe

These are such nice models, considering their age the lack of detail isn't that bad. They are pretty well available in Europe though. It looks like you bought the 2nd edition with the higher detailed headlamps and brakelight.

Mine are probably the 1:18 Autoart BMW M3 E30 from Cecotto and Soper and the 1:18 Autoart Ford Mustang GT390 Steve McQueen edition, both right up there with the 1:12 Ottomobile BMW M3 E36 Technoviolet and the 1:12 Kyosho Aston Martin Vanquish 007.

Re: REVIEW: AUTOart Mclaren 675LT

Thanks for the review and the pictures, I am after one as well. I am just wondering, are you saying it is heavier than the Autoart P1? I have that model as well but I think it's not that heavy at all, do you feel like more material or either heavier material has been used for the 675LT?

Looking for 1:18 Autoart Aston Martin trunk badge

Hi all, for my 1:18 Autoart Aston Martin DBR9 Red Bull Winner of Mugello 2006 #33 I am after the Aston Martin badge on the trunk. I bought it second hand, although new in box and it is missing the badge. If anyone has one of the right size from a similar model or knows where I can get one, I would b...

Re: Drivinghermad collection Mostly 1/12 and Larger

I do have one in blue with paint rash but the others are fine so it is down to the individual model and making sure it doesn't have this before you buy it or you are aware and bid accordingly. I think it's a Fantastic model and like you say the prices are a lot lower than ten or fifteen years ago. ...

That Maserati looks fantastic! Any particular reason you didn't go for the blue version with the cognac interior? That would be my go to choice for that car.

Re: Drivinghermad collection Mostly 1/12 and Larger

Decisions decisions. You are starting with the Godfather of 1/12 the McLaren F1 and you will not be disappointed. As for the Z4 they do some nice dealer editions that look good in the darker colours. :okay: Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the McLaren F1. Doors and bonnets didn't stay open...

Re: Scott from Winnipeg, MB.

Didn't expect it to happen, but I ran into a brand new orange P1 at a modelcar fair, checked the model and it looked just fine. None of the problems I had on the previous 3 P1's and also the price was very good so I bought it :) 220 EUR / 256 USD / 332 CAD. Now I have to think whether or not I will ...
