Thanks for your feedback. I feel a lot better about buying it now. The red one is $198 on amazon.

Re: AutoArt Alternative?
I might just buy the AutoArt P1 then. I love that you can remove the engine bay cover. It's amazing the little intricacies it has, like the linear actuators in the frunk and the charging ports.

AutoArt Alternative?
I have always wanted high-quality diecast cars. I found this nice Mclaren P1 by AutoArt that I am considering purchasing but I am nervous about the price for essentially a plastic model. I have looked at countless others but they either don't have the same looks or don't have the same features. Does...

Re: 1:24 Lamborghini Countach
I got the paint done and reassembled the model. It looks good without any decals so far, might add some later. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/50637231483_63cfe812a4_k.jpg [url=https://flic.kr/p/2k9GTtd] https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/50637980726_a3072c1eb2_k.jpg [url=https://flic.kr/p/2k9H...

Re: REVIEW: AUTOart McLaren P1
A model this cost should really have battery-powered LED's in the headlights

Re: 1:24 Lamborghini Countach
I couldn't find one made by Kyosho, I searched through their social media, and a deep scan of the internet. A few people customized their own models, but nothing made by a company.

Re: 1:24 Lamborghini Countach
Just to be clear, are you looking for a Cannonball Run Kyosho model? I'm a bit confused about what you want me to send pictures of.

Re: 1:24 Lamborghini Countach
Yeah, I'll send a link: https://www.amazon.com/LAMBORGHINI-COUNTACH-Diecast-Kyosho-Anniversary/dp/B0093XVEZ0 The reason that I think it's fishy is that it's sold by Fast Japan US, and several buyers received nothing and didn't get a refund. It probably would get to you if you ordered it, but it's be...

Re: 1:24 Lamborghini Countach
Yeah, I believe I found one on eBay while searching for example Lamborghinis. There is one on Amazon for 318 dollars. Looks pretty shady In my opinion. I did a second coat of paint on the Countach and I forgot to dust it off, so I need to wetsand it again and paint over it.

1:24 Lamborghini Countach
Ever since I watched The Cannonball Run, I have always wanted to own a Lamborghini Countach. I purchased a Lamborghini Countach a few years ago and have never been completely satisfied with the quality. I looked through pictures of Lamborghinis and decided on a red body with chrome rims. I originall...

Ah, the movable rear aero flaps are gorgeous. The whole thing is like eye candy. I wish I had the confidence to buy one.

Yeah, rearview mirrors are tough. They can fall off in the shipping process, etc.

Re: What tools do you use...
If you want to 3D print something, I'd recommend a store like Shapeways, they'll print something for you and they can do higher quality prints at a higher cost.
