Yeah, that's how it is now in Russia. Usual people have been just cut off from the world. Financial services, online streaming, cinemas, video games and many many more things. At least, officially. I do know that many countries do not provide mail service to Russia, indeed but it works out of Russia internationally without problems. As far as I know, Russian Post works through different hubs in EU or other countries depending on the final destination/region. USA/Canada, EU, Asia. Right after your message I checked a possibility of shipping to Canada and it's possible. The fee is around 47-50usd with tracking.
