What was the last movie/TV show you saw?
Which ones you are waiting to come out?
What are your favourite movies/TV series?
As for me.
Finished watching 1st season of TV show called Longmire.
Enjoyed it a lot. Now waiting for the 2nd season but it won't come out until 2014.
As for movies I need to go and see the latest Star Trek movie in the cinema.
I am not a fan of this entire franchise/universe but the previous movie was quite good.

I just watched the latest episode of Game of Thrones this morning..quite addictive. Going to watch Mad Men tonight but I feel like it's going down hill. For me anyway.

Re: DS Movie/TV Thread
I watched Dark Skies yesterday. I thought it was quite good. Good acting, decent story, overall quite believable.

Re: DS Movie/TV Thread
So many series I have to watch...
Lately, Community and Californication. I'm looking forward to the season 9 of 24 and the Agents of Shield (I don't know what to think with one TBH).
I'll probably continue the season 5 of The Big Bang Theory then starts (at least) a new one : Spartacus, Breaking Bad, Game Of Thrones, Homeland and the Walking Dead are high on my list.
Movies ! Start Trek, Man Of Steel, Only God Forgives, Pacific Rim and Fast And Furious 6.

Re: DS Movie/TV Thread
The series I watch:
Damages - about lawyers. Once intense case per season. Gotta watch the last 5th season.
Justified - great show about Kentucky FBI Marshall and tough folk of Harlan County. I enjoy it a lot. Looking forward to 5th season.
Southland - cops routine in South LA. A bit more rough than usual cop TV series.
Hawaii Five-O - cheesy cop show, irrational, bad acting. But it gives me a portion of good vibe when I need it
Ripper Street - London of Jack The Ripper times. Watched first season, looking forward to the second.
Longmire - About Sheriff in some distant County in distant Wyoming. Waiting for the second season.
Just realized I mostly watch Cop dramas for some strange reason.
Need to switch my focus to something more positive.

Iron Man 3 - I saw this for free yesterday courtesy of VW Canada. I loved the movie overall, better than the last and almost as good as the first! I wish we saw more of the Audis or VAG family. At one point you see the Bugatti Supersport in the background, wish he would of took that one out for a spin!
Re: DS Movie/TV Thread
The wife & I saw IM3 last weekend. It was good, better than the 2nd, but I still liked the 1st one better...and preferred the Avengers overall.
Re: DS Movie/TV Thread
Watched the The Last Stand tonight starring Mr Olympia! I wasn't expecting too much going into it, but the movie was much better than expected. Also there is bonus for Corvette fans
Re: DS Movie/TV Thread
^That movie is quite bad In my opinion. Bad acting, poor logic, weak plot.
All in all just a tacky Chevrolet commercial.
Watched "Star Trek: Into Darkness" and my verdict is

Iron Man 3...watch it twice before it was even realeased in the US. Does that show how I feel about the movie ?
The Last Stand : As a huge fan of the Terminator saga and of course, Arnold, it was a great pleasure to finally see him on a big screen. Not the movie of the year but I really enjoyed the moment.

Acting was never Arnold's strong suit. Yes I have to agree with the commercial aspect, I did love the full-throttle sounds of the Z06
Might be heading out to watch the latest ST flick tonight, glad to hear its good!
