Great Customer Service Story...

Post by [KRAFTIG] » Mon Oct 22, 2012 6:29 pm

About month of so ago I purchased a CMC Porsche 901, 1964 Sport Coupe. Upon receiving the model I noticed nice dent in the exterior box. I open the model and thankfully no damage. As I'm examining the model a little closer I notice one of the lug nuts missing from one of the four wheels. I email Riverside Collectibles in Mendham, New Jersey and voice my displeasure with the two issues. In my opinion a model of this calibre and $$ should be near prefect, right off the bat I explained the model is devalued do the damaged box, and not to mention the missing lug nut. Doug @ Riverside Collectibles immediately offered to return the model for exchange. I did not want to pay the return shipping to asked for a lug nut and new box to be shipped to my attention. A week or so later Doug contacted me to confirm CMC had agreed to ship out the new pieces, fast forward to today both items received. Model is as good a new!

Do not hesitate to purchase your fine high end models from Riverside Collectibles! Thank you Doug!! :okay: :okay:
