Ever since I watched The Cannonball Run, I have always wanted to own a Lamborghini Countach. I purchased a Lamborghini Countach a few years ago and have never been completely satisfied with the quality. I looked through pictures of Lamborghinis and decided on a red body with chrome rims. I originally started out by priming over the black paint, but when I went to give it a second coat the paint rippled. I then stripped the Countach of paint and primed it again. The engine bay was painted the proper silver colors, as well as the exhaust. Tomorrow the decal work will get done, as well as a clear coat and some assembly Thursday.

Cool project. Wasn't Kyosho to releases the same in 1:18 once upon a time?

Yeah, I believe I found one on eBay while searching for example Lamborghinis. There is one on Amazon for 318 dollars. Looks pretty shady In my opinion. I did a second coat of paint on the Countach and I forgot to dust it off, so I need to wetsand it again and paint over it.

Yeah, I'll send a link: https://www.amazon.com/LAMBORGHINI-COUN ... B0093XVEZ0
The reason that I think it's fishy is that it's sold by Fast Japan US, and several buyers received nothing and didn't get a refund. It probably would get to you if you ordered it, but it's best to stay careful.

Just to be clear, are you looking for a Cannonball Run Kyosho model? I'm a bit confused about what you want me to send pictures of.

Yes, Kyosho model. Not worries, thanks for the effort.CobraKing27 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 11, 2020 2:44 pmJust to be clear, are you looking for a Cannonball Run Kyosho model? I'm a bit confused about what you want me to send pictures of.

I couldn't find one made by Kyosho, I searched through their social media, and a deep scan of the internet. A few people customized their own models, but nothing made by a company.

I got the paint done and reassembled the model. It looks good without any decals so far, might add some later.
