Did you do anything to the engine/chassis/drivetrain?

Also, any hints on how you changed out the wheels?

This is a MCG model which means no opening parts and front wheels do not even steer
wheels are connected to each other by a metal rod so swapping wheels was not hard at all, I just need to file the holes
upward to have the right stance also wheels are from a 1/24 scale model, dont know what kind but I think from a Jada
model, found them on Ebay and changed the color
