Progress on the Zonda Rev display! As you may remember, I’ll be using a 1/12 Atlantic Case case to display my 1/18 Zonda: the purpose is to display the engine cover standing next to the car (to show off engine detail). Below are some preliminary photos of the stand PRDMiniatures is creating for me...

My Atlantic Case finally arrived and got my customer engine cover stand from PRDMinatures all set up...I’m pleased with the outcome.

Re: The Beginnings - Wes' 1/18th Super Car and GT3 Genre
It's been a while since I've posted on the forum, but a lot has been going on. Ultimately, I now have a home office where I can display my models. I'll have a few shots of the collection in the near future, but today I just wanted to post some pics of the build process for the shelves where most of them will be displayed.
I wanted to buy shelving but I couldn't find anything that really fit the vision I had for displaying them...so I built them!
Step 1) Bought two 3/4-in x 12-in x 3-ft Square Unfinished Spruce Pine Fir Board (https://www.lowes.com/pd/Common-3-4-in- ... d/50053119)
Step 2) Ordered twelve 1/4" x 6" x 12" - Grey "Smoked" Plexiglass Acrylic Sheet - #2064 (https://www.estreetplastics.com/Plexigl ... 500612.htm)
Step 3) Used a router and cut slots in the boards for the shelves and put 45 degree angles on the board as well as each shelf
Step 4) Sand and stained
Step 5) Affixed the shelves via two small screws each shelf and added reinforcment of Liquid Nails to hold them securely
Below are the process photos. They're on the wall letting the Liquid Nails fully cure. My Next post will be of the models all placed and showcasing my collection. Hope you enjoy!

Thank you sir and abosolutely! Eventually all 12 shelves will be occupied. Next purchase is FrontiArt Koenigsegg Jesko white présentation Genève...hard to find and will have a premium, so may be a bit!

I'd wait on the purchase until after AUTOart makes their 2021 announcements. This one is surely in the works, full access and lower price too
