Yeah, I don't have any big money tied up into 1/12, I have only bought on the cheap. The closest I have to high end is a GMP Cobra had from holiday sales when GoMotorBids was a thing. This is why I have yet to score a 1/12 Autoart lol.

Since my last post I ironically added 1/12th scale Autoart!

I also cracked over the 600 mark in # of cars.

Here is my storage setup. This long long closet has 2 more completely empty shelving units.

I have another empty closet with shelves when the time comes. I would say my setup will support 1000 cars total without getting creative. I need to finish the top row and make a finishing panel when I buy more wood and shelving and plexi it all in. That will come soon.

Impressive. Aren't you concerned with dust getting on the models?

Read the bottom of the post where it mentions the plexiglass :)

Nope, $600-900 seems to be the cost for cut to fit across 29ft :)

I scored these locally, 4 for me, 2 for a friend. Very nice quality, from a high end store display. I paid less than iKea money for what was likely $1500 a pc new.

This will give me more options as the collections grows. I might put all of my 1/12s and VIP cars in these cases.

Now all liveried race cars and pace cars are in their own section.
