I never liked the oversized wheels on Hot Wheels Elite Ferrari 458 Spider so I decided to use the wheels from my Hot Wheels Elite Ferrari 458 Speciale. It wasn't an overly difficult job to do.

Nice job! I actually don't mind the oversized wheels. I'm not a huge fan of the speciale wheels either but it's all subjective of course.

Thanks Kwando! I don't know what it is about the Hot Wheels Elite Spider but it never look right to me. I think it looked like it sits too high.

Here is the Speciale with the Spider wheels. For some reason I think the Spider wheel look better on the Speciale.

Beauty! I think gunmetal wheels would look better though.

awesome garage display! love those beautiful Ferrari's! I'd love to get at least one Hot Wheels Elite Ferrari but not sure which one.. Some seem quite good while others seem to miss their intended mark. I did actually buy the LaFerrari but never took it out of the box as I felt it was a so so effort. I ended up selling it to my cousin. I need to get a close up on some others.

Personally, out of the 11 Hot Wheels Elite Ferraris that I own the nicest and most reasonably priced has to be the Ferrari 348 TS even though it is my favorite Ferrari. My Ferrari 458 GT2 would be second.

Just arrived!

This is an absolutely beautiful rendition of the Koenig-Specials Countach by GT Spirit although many may not care for this version of the Countach with it's color matched wheels and NACA ducts. While I would have been more excited if they had modeled the white version of the car I am still happy that I bought this one.

I'm referring more about the quality of the model rather than the subject matter. GT Spirit did a beautiful job modeling the car even though the Koenig is way to red just the the real car.

There doesn't seem to be too many images available of this version Koenig Countach.

Looks very nice. I ordered it today, probably arriving Saturday. How is the color in real?

Yes I was referencing the colour and overall execution to the original. To be honest I didn't know the car existed until I saw the GTS version :)
