Re: Eric's 1:18 Diecast Collection
Is that a Verde Artemis Murcielago I see behind it?
Re: Eric's 1:18 Diecast Collection
Nice add Eric. I decided to go with the Green, patiently awaiting its arrival. Like your presentation, consider DCOTM feature?

Here are a few pics of my display cabinet. I'll need to take some new pics when I have a chance.

Very nice! Love the wheels upgrade on the 355. This is an aquarium I see in the background? We share the same passions

No, that's just a window. Although I do have a salt water aquarium.

I was gonna ask why you had so many doubles, but then I realized it was a mirror. Blonde moment. That verde artemis murcielago is the model I regret selling the most. It's pretty much the only truly collectible murcielago from autoart, and valuable as hell today.

Yeah, I preordered my 40th Anniversary Murcielago when they were first announced.StratosWRC wrote:That verde artemis murcielago is the model I regret selling the most. It's pretty much the only truly collectible murcielago from autoart, and valuable as hell today.
I can't believe that I bought it 10 years ago. I bought it from MTR back in the day for $49.95 and after paid for it I was later informed that they made a mistake in the pricing but they honored the price they initially gave be.

Re: Eric's 1:18 Diecast Collection
I bought mine for $140 and a year later sold it for $380

Agreed, but I have no need or desire to cash out.[KRAFTIG] wrote:Oh my. nice return on investment!
It's one of the models that if I were to ever sell then I'd never replace. The is absolutely no way I'd pay the astronomical prices this model is commanding. It just isn't worth it. Other that the paint it's no better that any other early release Autoarto Murcielago.
