Holy cow, nice adds. All are really great cars, no humdrum stuff. Well done

Looking good Dennis, the Ferrari F12 is soooo underrated in my opinion. Your photography skills have improved vastly. What has changed?

Thanks! I made a pretty crude photo area using a small table and piece of black bristol board. It's pretty cheap solution and probably won't last long as the bristol board is already being marked up. Also playing around with long exposures with my camera and natural indirect lighting.

1:18 Hot Wheels Elite Ferrari F430 Scuderia (Red)

Notes:
Continuing with my theme of prancing horses. The F430 Scuderia is one of my favourite modern Ferraris. HW did a great job replicating it but one thing that does bother me is the hard plastic wheels. Not sure why they didn't use rubber wheels on all their other ones. One thing I changed with this model was that I swapped the wheels and interior with my old blue Scuderia..so now it had yellow brake callipers instead of black.

Notes:
Another one of my favourite modern Ferraris. My absolutely favourite thing about this model is the wheels and brakes. Superb. One of the best models from Hot Wheels Elite line, In my opinion.

I went the opposite way, all fabricated lighting here. I messing around with he aperture and use a remote to snap each photo.

You should also play with long exposure. Makes my pics buttery smooth now. My pics were mostly set to 200ISO, f11, 6 second exposure.

Damn, thats evil of you. Great pics!

I had that F430 until a week ago or so. Put it in the clam shell and outer box to pack it away (and sell), noticed the box was upside down, and in a moment of OCD pulled it back out grabbing the clam shell at one end with one hand. It flipped open and my mint F430 smashed into the floor. All kinds of damage. Busted paint several places, suspension damage, broken mirror, still havent found the prancing horse from the back, but worst of all the engine cover must have opened on the way down, and it bent like it was photoetch, ripping out the plastic frames for the mesh over the engine, and stays open in closed position. Basically a total writeoff. Sold it for 80 euros, still makes me sick.

Use both hands, lol.

yikes, damnyouebay....that sucks!

Great update, Dennis. Agree with you on the 599GTO. I have that same one & think its one of Hot Wheels Elite's best models...at least the best of the modern cars.

1:18 MR Ferrari F12 TDF (White)

Notes:
I couldn't be more pleased with this add. I've been waiting for this one since it was first announced and after BBR released their rendition, I knew this was right around the corner. I wasn't a fan of the BBR version especially with the black interior and some QC issues I've seen. Luckily MR produced this one very close to my desired spec (which is white with red interior and gun metal rims). This one is dressed with red interior but wears Bianco Fuji, which is a a pearl white. I was hesitant about the colour because in most pictures I've seen it looks more off white but in person it looks gorgeous. This one also sports silver rims, instead of gunmetal, but I think the combination looks great. I've spent all week looking at the model and I can't find any faults with it.
