Here is the start of a run of 1/12 Ferrari's that i managed to purchase from a Great guy who was selling his collection.Coming up are some Rare and Fantastic looking models which i know the Fezza fans will love so lets start with the APM/Model workshop 1/12 FXX.
This is a very long model and surprised me as it is nicer than i thought it was going to be,also at the end i got the 1/12 FXXK out to show them together, enjoy the photos Guys.
And now the 1/12 Ferrari FXXK and FXX shown together.

Another delicious piece! I usually don't like oversized wings, but in this case is suits the car.

Thanks Kraftig,it is a Brute of a machine and a Fantastic stance to it.
This next update is going back to the 50's.It's another rare beast but this time from another maker it's the MG Model Plus 1/12 1955 Lancia D50.I have always loved the D50 but never saw one in 1/12 scale factory made up as i thought they were all kits.MG Model Plus made a small run of 100 and this is #31 and when my friend said he had one for sale i jumped at the chance to buy it so here is a Fantastic hand built model, not as detailed as the likes of CMC or Exoto but the only option of a made up D50 in 1/12,i love it,although the rear camber on the wheels are leaning too much i think but it still looks Fantastic.

Re: Drivinghermad collection Mostly 1/12 and Larger
Thanks again, none of the latest 1/12 models were cheap but the uniqueness and rarity of these meant i couldn't refuse a first chance of buying them before they were open to others,he let me have first refusal on all of his models. This is the first lot off him and i have another five - but four are unique 1/12 models reserved with him until i pay for them in a few months time so i will show them when i collect from him.I see it as a once in a lifetime opportunity to cherry pick from such a collection and there are some real one offs to come.Just two more to show from the first lot, next one is tomorrow.
