Another Great liveried model and in the slightly smaller scale of 1/14th and Rare, here is the MG Model 1/14, 1994 Ferrari 333SP Firenze, IMSA #30 Moretti/Salazar. Although a 1/14th scale it is about the size of the 1/12th Ferrari 250P so not a huge difference to what i collect. Again its from my friends collection and had to be cleaned up to a reasonable level so that i could show it and get it into storage like the others i have shown. I can't recall seeing any others of these at this scale and i am surprised to see some nice detail to it for a old model. Just missing some deflectors on the front just above the sticker on each side, i will add them when i have more time.

That's a lovely piece and well-executed too. Still, buying models from friends? Hiding them from the wife I suspect :)

Ha ha, thank you, still doing that but not with these from my friend who i bought the rare record models from. I went down with the Missus to the other end of the Country to pick up the Record models and only told the Missus a day or so before so She didn't talk to me for a couple of weeks afterwards LOL. I thought he had got rid of all his models but he had around ten of these that i didn't know about so i bought them off him at a good price but they all needed cleaning and work doing to them. One by one i have got down them and taken them to the storage unit out of sight out of mind so She is talking to me a bit now. Got some more models inbound She doesn't know about so will be forever Drivinghermad LOL.

Here is the MG Model Plus 1/12, 1958 Ferrari Testa Rossa in Red. This was not in a good state when i got it as it had no Ferrari badges or even dials in the dash so i bought a set of 1/12 generic dials from Best balsa kits in Belgium to make it look something like and fitted them to this model. I have a few of these TR's in different version in the 1/12 scale but they all look Great to me. I added the base and i think it looks so nice with the black base with Red model over.

Unusual but cool. Are the seats leather or leather look?

Thank you, the seats are leather look as they are hard resin/plastic. These are old models before computers made parts for them so the detail is so so but good for their time and still look good.

Next up is a great looking model, although quite basic and just the doors open, like it's real car the model still has a charm about it. It's the KK-Scale 1/12 1968 FIAT 500 F in red diecast model - KKDC120031. The sunroof is interchangeable with a rolled up open or fully closed piece you just slot in. Comes with a see through box and a frame so looks like it's in a studio. This is a cheap model but looks cheeky in the red although the colour is much better than the photos suggest. Happy to have added this beauty to the collection.

KKS definitely provides a lot of value. The model looks great! I wonder if its a ground-up project from them or did they use another brand's moulds?

Thanks, the only other 1/12 FIAT 500 i know of is the Italeri 1/12 kits so they may have used those as a template for their models ?
I have the Italeri 1/12 Fiat 500 Abarth 695 SS kit but not started on it so will go really well with this Beauty when finished.
