Autoart Ford Focus WRC 1:18 1999 Mc Rae Griest

Post by senninha » Tue Nov 19, 2019 8:53 am

Hello fellows, I've just bought a used Autoart Ford Focus WRC 1:18 1999 Mc Rae Griest Martini n. 5 and I would like to know if the rear trunk is openable. I've tried to open but it wil not and I'm afraid to cause damages.
Anybody can help me? Thanks in advance. Andrea

Hi, the model does provide access, sometimes various parts start to stick if they have never been opened. Your only option is to tough on the hatch. If you can access the hatch through the doors try tapping it the hatch door from the inside fist. Good luck!

Hallo Kraftig, hi anybody.
How stupid I am. In the undercarriage of the Focus there is a little screw that you have to loosen to make the rear trunk (hatch) open.
Now it opens.
Hope what happened to me will be useful for any DS member (but I think that nobody is as stupid as I am).
Andrea
