So for you Corvette authorities, the only difference between the 1959 and 1958 is the chrome strips in the rear and front ridges on the hood line? Any one confirm? TIA!

They been going up for years Corvette wise. I remember back in the day you couldn't give some of them away!

Differences between 58 and 59 are as such. No louvered vents on hood and no chrome spears on trunk for 59. Also 59's got a new Gauge cluster and redesigned doors with new arm rest locations and one piece design. The pleating on the seats runs side to side, while 58 and 60 run fore and aft. Also the Grab bar and corvette script on the dash, behind the grab bar were changed. Shockingly Autoart reflected all these small changes on their 58 and 59 vettes, so both are correct.
