I really like that they chose to model "real" cars like Rough Rythm and Spearmint Rhino instead of going the "generic" route like GT-Spirit.[KRAFTIG] wrote:New AUTOart announcements:

Some pre-production pictures of the Porsche 918. Honestly,I think both the Spark and Minichamps models are not as detailed. But look better overall. Especially the wheels. The AA wheels look "wierd" to me.
Re: [2012 - 2016] AUTOart News
AA Liberty walk Ferrari 458. from me.
Hopefully, the Ferrari lawyers will keep their hands off this one. No Ferrari badges as far as I can see.
But that is easy to fix yourself.

Those blue wires look SO BAD

Agreed, still adding it!StratosWRC wrote:Those blue wires look SO BAD
I want that Ferrari BUT I need RED to continue the theme of Ferraris in my collection
Re: [2012 - 2016] AUTOart News
The 918 is a sample so hopefully they will sort out the ugly blue wires on the production model. Looks good otherwise.
As for the LB Works 458, badge or not they need to cut a deal with Ferrari else their a$$ will get sued in a bad way.

Found here -> http://www.revscene.net/forums/675196-d ... s-109.html"TRUE story. AA had a Ferrari 458 on show. Well, it DID have a 458 on show. They had a visit in the morning from Maranello (ie, Ferrari). They marched into the stand. Placed a demand for 3000 Euro to be paid on demand or face a 5 MILLION Euro fine for producing the model should they not pay the 3000 Euro fine now. The model was of a Japanese modified 458. The tuner had granted a license but Ferrari had not. The model was gone by lunchtime! The mafia at work it seems. Again I heard the '25 year rule' mentioned. AutoArt ... do not come in here, you are not welcome"

I have no idea...Mac47 wrote:"25 year rule"?

The 25-year rule basically states that any car older than the aforementioned period can be reproduced without the carmaker's approval.
