I received my Wurth Zakspeed Capri recently (from CK modelcars - with Diecastsociety discount!) and am more than pleased with it.
Although the fitting of the bonnet is very tight, requiring some touch up painting on the black decals. And yes, they are decals. The trend for tampo printing seems to have faded somewhat, you can decide for yourself if this is a good thing or not. On the subject of 1/18th scale Minichamps Ford Capri's - has anyone seen the replica of the 1971 Spa 24 hours winner in the flesh? The publicity photos I have seen so far make the model look very poor - almost like a crude 1/43rd scale lump. I hope this not the case, and is not the standard of the final 1/18th scale version. This would be unacceptable, the more so since Minichamps has done such a fine job of replicating the street version of the RS2600 and the race version of the RS3100. And then there's the price.....
