Finally !
Dave's reviews pointed out all the pros of this F12berlinetta.
I would add some cons though :
- the exhaust tips are cheap
- the hood panel gap on mine (fixed)
- the ride height is high

Overall, a solid model.
I don't think I will buy the blue since it's too dark !

David, as always absolutely stunning photos.

Yes I've heard a few people complain about the exhaust. When you compare to 1:1 there are obvious differences, a miss by Hot Wheels Elite.

No issue with the hood on mine, but the model my brother-in-law received had a nice sized dent on the rear passenger upper panel. Someone must of dropped the unpainted model prior to paint.

A friend found a solution to improve the exhausts by inserting a screwdriver and hand drilling inside to remove the plastic.
It worked very well with the 458.

Regarding the QC issues, I think the yellow ones are more affected than the others. Someone tried to replace his 4 times and they all had problems. He's still searching. :s

Hot Wheels Elite needs only a bit of effort to reach the level of refinement AutoArt has.
I would like to get this model but not now cause I've been spending too much lately.

Agreed don't wait! The Ferrari brand appeals to a whole other audience outside us crazy collectors. I guarantee price will start to rise due to the limited run very shortly...

I actually think that the stock will last for some time now cause it has been released recently.
Too many scale models on my wishlist
I have an arrangement with one shop to buy an expensive but amazing 1:12 model and then I think I will stop buying for some time
