Wait is Bburago losing its Ferrari licence?

Post by AAT Diecast » Wed Oct 12, 2022 3:25 pm

I just saw a poll on the homepage about who should succeed Bburago to get the Ferrari licence. I just want to know why and why can't they just renew it and which brand is likely to get the Ferrari deal. I care about this as I am a big Ferrari fan and Bburago makes affordable Ferrari cars at various scales including F1.

Hi, welcome to DS. First, as far as we know, Bburago is not losing its licence. The transition from Hot Wheels Elite to them for most hasn't been the greatest experience. Yes, they make a very affordable model, but it is not near the experience of the Hot Wheel Elite series. Then, one needs to ask the question of speed to market, they are slower, painfully slow to add a new Ferrari model. These are some of the challenges that in short have been grinding gears with collectors for a number of years now.
