One of a handful of livery cars I still have, and only because its a VAG product, and one with great success too. A rare 1:18 Touareg #224 Red Bull, Paris Dakar Rally. Enjoy pics!

Would have really liked to add this thing to my collection if a higher quality version came out. I love Dakar racers of all kinds.

What about the Norev version? Because i've seen one of these at my friend's shop yesterday.

Yes Norev did 1 or 2 later models in 1:18.Fulgura wrote:StratosWRC wrote:Would have really liked to add this thing to my collection if a higher quality version came out. I love Dakar racers of all kinds.

Norev is also below my standards. I had one of their models before and sold it cause it just wasn't good enough.

Yes, i agree. That is the reason my collection doesn't have an SLS Coupe or Cabrio.StratosWRC wrote:Norev is also below my standards. I had one of their models before and sold it cause it just wasn't good enough.
Bburago's cars are getting pretty well for its price for the last two-three years. Not improved as Welly does but does okay i think.

Haha, not a snob! I just like quality and detail. That means perforated grilles. No perforated grilles? Forget about it!

I feel like a snob myself now, after reading my last post
But why can't they produce more rubber-like tires like AUTOart? I sold my Kyosho 745Li not because of it's painting faults, but because of it's plastic looking tires? -what an excuse -

Hey that's perfectly fine! You want your collection to exude an air of museum like quality. I can totally relate! I never thought I'd get rid of my Kyosho Lancia 037, but after I put it next to Autoart's Lancia Delta S4, I was like oh man, I gotta get rid of this piece of crap!
Re: Bburago Touareg #224 Red Bull, Paris Dakar Rally
Yes, i can't buy Kyosho, Minichamps, Norev etc. just for the tire thing. Most of this brand's products are fine- especially most of the Ferraris from Kyosho are awesome, Norev's A and S-Class models are fine too but.. Yeah, you know
But when they make a 'must have' for me, i don't look for details that much.
Anyway, sorry for my off-topic posts.
