Norev 1976 Porsche 935 #40 Martini

I try not to collect multiple versions of the same model, even those with different liveries. This 1976 935 had enough differences from the 2 Carousel 1 935s I already had, along with the killer Martini & Rossi livery, that I could justify it. Snagged on Ebay for $87 shipped, which felt like a great deal, compared to what the Exotos are going for. Nicely done model, though it is sealed. These were limited to 1000 & only sold through certain retailers. This car finished first in the Group 5 class at the 1976 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Love the images! This car is so delicious on so many levels. The rear end from the wheels back is outrageously good. Also as you mention extremely affordable too. Nice to see your posts again, lol I miss them.

Norev has done a great job with these 935's. I have the black #40 JMS X-Ray car. I wish they'd do a pre-slant nose version of the Martini car.
