UT BMW E36 M3 Coupe

Post by Gavin » Wed Apr 29, 2015 4:02 pm

I've had the UT's GTR & sedan versions of the E36 M3 for a LONG time, but always wanted the regular Coupe to go with it...though it had to be Estoril Blue, my favorite color for the E36. I found this locally on Craigslist a few months back. It isn't perfect, missing the passenger side mirror & needed a massive cleaning (as you can see by the dust on the interior), but it displays pretty well & was relatively cheap.

Thanks, KRAFTIG. Detail is lacking, of course, compared to newer models, but like almost all UT's, it displays SO well.

I have this in Dakar, and of course have a purple convertible+the black GTR street version. Now that Otto is making it in 1/12 in Estoril-I have to have that too.

The 1/12 looks outstanding...like the wheels they choose.

These are such nice models, considering their age the lack of detail isn't that bad. They are pretty well available in Europe though. It looks like you bought the 2nd edition with the higher detailed headlamps and brakelight.
