Lincoln Premiere Convertible

Sunstar Platinum 1956 Lincoln Premiere, in Presidential Black. Extremely delighted to add this one to my collection. It's a fine stable mate to my Continental MkIII, and an excellent effort by Sunstar. If you do get one, be careful with all those photo-etched badges. They don't like any kind of contact, not even with a make up brush! Hence they're best left alone in an individual display case, which is where these very stately models belong anyway. The engine detail is so so, and the material used to simulate vinyl (or leather?) is incredibly stick, and picks up a not insignificant amount of dust. However, I do enjoy the photo-etch details, folding seats, and workable sun visors. The luggage is also a nice touch, and the model comes with an old style sales brochure. Enjoy!
