Exoto Ferrari 641/2

Post by luft911 » Tue Mar 24, 2020 9:09 pm

Hi Guys ,
I've not bought a Ferrari model ( tend to stick to Porsches ) in probably 25 years , but with my new idea of 1 vintage and 1 modern of various great marques displayed together I'm looking at the Exoto 641/2 . I wondered if this model suffered any pitfalls with corrosion or other quality related issues . I've seen some advertised with poor paint - thankfully pointed out in the ads which some of the Exoto Porsche models suffered from too . Probably would like a Prost version w/o driver . Watched him a lot back in the day . Any thoughts one way or the other would be appreciated .
Regards,
Bryan

What I've learned from many years in the hobby, not model is excempt for flaws or issues. And to be honest, the more expensive seem to attribute to a higher percentage.

Thanks for the comments - I just realized you moved the thread - never saw it . I kept looking in the general discussion area and then was scratching my head wondering if I did in fact post the question . Tomorrow one arrives in the mail so I'll get to see first hand what I think . Model is new and bought from our friend Mark at Replicarz so I have every expectation it will be in great condition .

I haven't bought a 910 yet - I thought some of the newer offerings might be better than models from some years past . My 641/2 arrived this morning - stunning model and I can't find a flaw . I've never been let down by Replicarz !
