Had this one for a while Bill, but decided to update the pictures. I'd say these are slightly better than the old ones. Damn my shaky hands

Considering I bought this one shipped for under $200 CDN, I'd say this is the greatest value model out of my entire collection.

Don't know much about it to be honest, so here's what Exoto wrote.
Chassis 2A003, the third Type 2, had met with great success (6 wins in only 13 starts) before some of the new innovations of the Type 2C, most notably the rear 'Flipper' Wing, were applied to it. The 2C made its debut on October 10, and just a few short weeks later, the 2/2C would roar to victory at Riverside on October 31, 1965.
The Los Angeles Times Grand Prix at Riverside was the biggest race of the year, drawing FIA competitors from far and wide. Over the first 38 laps, the beautiful white car moved up from 4th to the head of the field as Hansgen, Grant and Bondurant fell by the wayside. Excellent judgment and pace kept McLaren from closing the gap.
This result marked the first of three consecutive victories for the 2/2C in the most prestigious race on the calendar.

The "flipper" wing they're talking about basically means that it tipped forward to increase downforce during braking kinda like the wings on the Veyron and the P1 do, but without electronics.

Thanks for sharing.
It is such an amazing model of an insane car. Insane in a good way.
I hope Exoto will put these on $ 98 Sale again.
@Kraftig
They make it in plain white colour as well.

Very nice...I have AA's version, which is nicely done (but not much cheaper, if you can find the Exoto on sale).

Seeing this model discounted on Modelissimo and Exoto $98 sale many times I postponed purchase of this beauty.
Now it looks like I missed out on this model.
They are no longer available even on Exoto website and command high prices on eBay.
Now I have to get AutoArt!
