Exoto XS News | To design the doors of our upcoming 250 LM, we shaped the doors, designed the sliding windows and locking system, and counted the rivets!... Shown is a First Assembly Trial door panel... Enjoy!

If you have to ask "how much", then you can't afford it, so I'm not even gonna ask lol. I guess it's a good thing I never really cared for this car.

Its gonna be hard to resist the day they make something I really, really want in XS. The detail is insane.

I pestered them so much about a canadian distributor, but I think there still isn't one. I really don't wanna splurge out and spoil myself with a $1000 model, just to have to pay an additional $200 in customs fees

NEW | Exoto XS DETAIL EXPLAINED | What you're looking at is the dry-sump of our upcoming new model, the Exoto XS Tipo 250 LM. The many FINS you see are individual stainless steel blades: organized and hand assembled one-at-a-time on special mounting jigs... One can also see the many hexagon head stainless steel BOLTS. All the different components of the GEARBOX are separate parts to optimize the detail (image if the 5 fingers of 1 hand were stuck together. That would not look that nice, and we'll need long oval wedding rings too!), the reason why separate parts create better detail. The different components are enjoined with sealing GASKETS.

Wait. The 250 LM was made by that company in Maranello. Exoto lost a lawsuit against them, didn't they? So how can this 250 LM be a legally licensed model? Did Exoto patch things up and make friends again?

They don't call their cars "Ferrari". They called them Exoto Tipo 250 LM and things like that, without using the Ferrari name. Basically cheating.

Really strange if they get away with that, Ferrari are not known to pull punches when it comes to copyrights.
