One of my favourite Porsche racers alongside the 934, 935 and 956/962. This is TSM's model of the iconic Porsche 936/77, chassis #001, winner of the 1977 Le Mans series. Absolutley blown away by this model the detail especially in the engine bay is unreal, photos really don't do this car justice.
I am probably going to buy the #3 car to display along side this but with all the panels & wheels removed so i can display the superb chassis detail

The model is fantastic!
Can't believe it was going for 100 - 120 Euro some time ago.
The display would look neat with Martini pit crew and better yet Martini renntransporter!

That was my exact thought!Stu935 wrote: I am probably going to buy the #3 car to display along side this but with all the panels & wheels removed so i can display the superb chassis detail

Got the #3 first, then sold it and got #4 from Modellissimo. Definitely one of my favourites, although there were QC issues with both of them. But all's forgiven when you remove the body panels.

That's what I hope to do with mine. I had some QC issues with mine, but if I display it the right way, they aren't noticeable, especially with the pic crew in there.Sanchez wrote:The display would look neat with Martini pit crew
I was blown away by the detail level on this model, especially at the price. its the most detailed model in my collection.
