Two great models.
If I am not mistaken this is the first tooling in 1:18 by Spark.
As Gavin told these are Die-Cast, not resin.
PlayStation livery is fantastic.
Let's hope that Sony will make an appearance as a sponsor at 2013 24 Hours Of Le Mans to promote their upcoming PS4.

Spark did a really nice job on these...just too bad that nothing opens up (like the Maisto R8's). I have the '05 Le Mans winning Champion Motorsports car & love it.

I've seen you have Maisto R8 LM "Crocodile" as well.
That's one Maisto I'd like to add.
Other one is Audi R8R.

Sanchez I've had my eyes on those for a while now, the black was once listed of 39 or 49 Euro and I didn't pull the trigger, just something about them that doesn't sit right with me, foir the life of me I cannot put my finger on why

Livery makes it look lively, amazing. But... you don't collect liveried cars.

Decision - create an exception for Audi racers in your collection.

The reason I bought them is very low price.
If I ever to buy Maisto R8 it has to be a bargain.

I have in some cases made the exception for VAG I think you're right it does come down to being too plain
