Spark Porsche 911 (997) Sport Classic

Post by David » Tue Jun 25, 2013 6:48 pm

Spark is kicking my a** lately, I just bought 4 of their releases lately. :shame: But it feels good though !
So here's the grail, I was desperate to see this 911 in 1/18. The wait is finally OVER !

Just look at those curves, that ducktail, it's flawless. The only thing I don't like on this car is the clear tailights.

Marvelous. Spark has been on the roll lately with fast releases and amazingly picked subject matter.
Despite the price tag of a fine CMC model I decided that I need this in my life.
Thanks to Kraftig for discount at CK-Modelcars I ordered this and Ottomobile BMW M5 E34 !

Yes! If you find something at a decent price I'd be interested in one :)

Absolutely agreed. Replicate key features (proportions, stance, important details) and people will shell out big money for something they crave.

I have a feeling that I will :)
How detailed is engine? I see a glimpse of it and it seem to be better than 935 Moby Dick's?

Well, I checked with Pfaff Porsche today and unfortunately the part number isn't a valid one here in Canada. I suspect that anyone interested will have to look overseas...

fantastic pics, David & one awesome looking 997.

Props to Spark for making this...I was wondering if we'd see one in 1:18. It kind of came & went pretty quick in 1:1.

I guess SPark will make 997 Speedster, Boxster RS Spyder and Cayman R now?

Thanks!
Engine details look very crisp for Spark! :okay:
I mean I have 935 Moby Dick and 911 3.0 SC Safari and engine details are very rough compared to other fine details.

No banners for Kraftig    :poke:
If you decide then you should order from Modelissimo or CK-Modelcars using your discount.
Also don't take your time. I think the price will start to rise soon.
