Something about Porsches and wide body kits that gives me goose bumps. As soon as I saw this one I knew I had to have it. Another fine resin release from Spark, this Porsche 911 Carrera lives up to to the standards of previous Porsche releases - i.e. the recent acquisition of the Porsche Yellow Bird. Seems like Spark is cutting costs on their packaging though. No more split style high quality box with detailed images and colour photos on the exterior and interior. This latest release in Black and White and comes in a more traditional style styrofoam clam shell packaging. None the less we don't buy our models for the boxes or do we? Enjoy the pics!

I think this is very highly valued now. Awesome looking car. You see how Spark adds the shutlines? Adds TONS to the realism and GT Spirit should do it too

actually just sent a message to gt spirit on facebook asking them to implement shutlines on future models. Lets see if they listen to that too

One can only hope they do!

Cool story, I accidentally lost one of the hood pins on the front hood. Spark was cool enough to send me replacements.

I have to have one of these! I have a feeling it will be very hard to find, though.
Edit: This is a 1/43 isn't it? Thought it might be a 1/18, so I take that back. I don't collect 1/43 Porsches. 1/18 though, I'd have to have it!
