Love the Corrado & have this same model. Some nice details & I'm really glad they choose to use the later Speedline 5-spokes...my favorite rims on the Corrado.
I almost bought a 1:1, new in '95, but the price of $25K put it out of reach.

Ha ha, I think we discussed this before, I did too. I could not afford $32,000 for it in '95 and settled on a Flash Red '95 2.0l 8v Golf GTI

yup...think we have. I ended up with a Rio Red '95 Ford Probe GT...an absolute blast.
had it for less than 3yrs (kind of a mistake as I really loved that car) & got my VR6 fix.

Nice. In '97 I moved into a VR6 Golf GTI with an added Vortech Supercharger kit. That car was a blast, man I miss the vrooom of that VR6!

The first Corrado offer in Canada was the G60, the engine was a 4 cylinders whit a supercharged, I dont know if it was reliable, but soon it was replaced by the VR6.

yup...same in the US. The early G60's were nice, but when they got the factory BBS rims, I was hooked....then the '93 VR6 made it even better. The later VR6's with the Speedlines were my absolute favorite, though.
'90 G60
'91 G60
'93 VR6
'95 VR6
