What's going on with Schuco?

Does anyone know what's going on with Schuco? Their website shows "No products found" on most pages and I can't buy anything directly from the website or find contact details either. The "In development" page is months behind. They also suddenly stopped posting on their social medias after August 2022, while posting regularly before that.

No 100% sure. Likely due to their sale to Spark perhaps... :scratchhead:

Been wondering the same. Also noticed many recent releases are sealed models, not a great sign.
