Sorry for the late reply but I wasn't registered at the time you posted.
Not sure but for me it looks like a drop of varnish. If this is the case you can remove it with some polishing paste. I have tried this a few times and it works even for nasty drops of glue on the paint. Of course do it at your risk. You need to gain some experience (not push too strong etc...).
